Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tamirrasilks@gmail.com or +91 63792 17582. Share your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement, exchange or refund.
Change of Mind, Size or Preference
For a change of mind or a size or preference issue, return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds
